Christian Skaanild joins Bordier & Cie as Partner
Before joining Bordier & Cie, Christian Skaanild (45), a Danish national, was partner and head of Emerging Markets Private Equity at Capital Group – a leading global asset manager – where he has been working for the past 18 years in London, Tokyo, Singapore and Geneva. Previously, Christian Skaanild worked from 1999 at Antfactory, a venture capital firm (London and Tokyo), and from 1996 at Accenture (London) as a business strategy consultant. He is a graduate of Nottingham University, where he studied Industrial Economics. “Appointing Christian Skaanild enables us to continue our strategic development. His experience in the financial industry, his international profile and career in private equity will strengthen the Association and provide us with the requisite expertise to navigate these sophisticated markets, which have become essential for our wealth management clients,” commented Grégoire Bordier, Managing Partner at Bordier & Cie.
