If you require a more specific explanation, please contact your Relationship Manager. Please note that the Bank will only transact in Digital Assets between 9am \u2013 6pm Singapore time on weekdays (other than bank holidays or public holidays in the Republic of Singapore).<\/p>\n<h3>Would the Bank be able to use my Digital Assets as collateral in connection with any obligations I may have to the Bank?<\/h3>\n<p>The Bank does not currently provide lending or staking of your Digital Assets and you cannot use your Digital Assets to obtain credit facilities from the Bank. However, the Bank reserves the right to apply your Digital Assets as security, including asserting a lien or a right as pledgee or a right of set-off, for the payment and discharge of your Liabilities to the Bank in accordance with the Bank\u2019s General Conditions.<\/p>\n<h3>How does the Bank evaluate the Digital Assets it chooses to provide?<\/h3>\n<p>The Bank only provides support for a selected list of Digital Assets. The Bank has a risk assessment framework which it uses to evaluate the Digital Assets that are being offered as part of the Digital Assets Services. The Bank will generally admit a Digital Asset into the list if it is generally reputable with a good history of stability and functionality,and has a sufficiently broad market usage. Furthermore, any Digital Assets that are offered by the Bank would have to first be approved by the Bank\u2019s senior management.<\/p>\n<p>This assessment framework evaluates each Digital Asset against a range of risk factors, such as functionality and protocol related risks, storage and access of private key related risks, regulation and money laundering related risks, and market and counterparty related risks. Additionally, the Bank also conducts searches against public databases to determine if there may be any significant adverse events that may affect the Digital Assets being offered,and conducts a regular periodic review of the Digital Assets it chooses to provide.<\/p>\n<p>Where the Bank decides to remove a Digital Asset from the list, it will provide prior notice to any relevant affected Client and will provide further assistance as far as possible to the relevant affected Client.<\/p>\n<h3>We understand that the Bank will provide the Digital Assets Services in collaboration with Sygnum Singapore. In the event of a default by Sygnum Singapore, what will happen to my Digital Assets?<\/h3>\n<p>The Bank is not liable for any losses resulting from Sygnum Singapore and all risks associated with investing in Digital Assets are entirely borne by you. However, should such an event occur, we will endeavour to assess how we may best assist you.<\/p>\n<h3>Would my Digital Assets be stored together with the Digital Assets of other persons?<\/h3>\n<p>Sygnum Singapore has put in place measures to segregate your Digital Assets from its own assets. Nevertheless, your Digital Assets may be held together with the Digital Assets of other clients of the Bank and\/or other customers of Sygnum Singapore. While you may not be able to separately identify your assets from other clients by separate physical documents or electronic records, both the Bank and Sygnum Singapore will maintain proper records of your holdings that are recorded in your Bordier account.<\/p>\n<h3>How may I access my Digital Assets?<\/h3>\n<p>As the Digital Assets are safeguarded with Sygnum Singapore, you may submit a request to the Bank should you wish to sell your Digital Assets. The Bank will route your sale order to Sygnum Singapore for their execution. The Bank will generally not be able to transfer the Digital Assets into your private wallet, except where there is a closure of your Digital Assets sub-account (in which case we may transfer your Digital Assets to a private wallet belonging to you that meets specifications that the Bank would stipulate). Please refer to the terms and conditions for Digital Assets Accounts or contact your Relationship Manager if you require further details.<\/p>\n<h3>How may I view information pertaining to my Digital Assets?<\/h3>\n<p>You would be able to view information regarding your Digital Assets account through the Bank\u2019s e-service platform B in Touch. Advices and statements will be sent to you for all your Bordier accounts.<\/p>\n<h3>Will my transactions in Digital Assets be subject to any fees?<\/h3>\n<p>Yes, fees and charges as set out in the Bank\u2019s prevailing fee schedule may apply.<\/p>\n<h3>How are the Digital Assets prices set by the Bank?<\/h3>\n<p>The prices for the purchase and sale of eligible Digital Assets will not be determined by the Bank, but will instead be determined by Sygnum Singapore.<\/p>\n<h3>What should I do when my Digital Assets are lost due to fraud or negligence on the part of the Bank?<\/h3>\n<p>In case of any unusual events which may lead to potential loss or damage of your Digital Assets, you may contact us through our email address at <a href=\"mailto:bsgfeedback@bordier.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">bsgfeedback@bordier.com<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h3>How do I provide feedback or lodge a complaint?<\/h3>\n<p>You may submit your feedback or complaint to <a href=\"mailto:bsgfeedback@bordier.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">bsgfeedback@bordier.com<\/a>. You will receive an acknowledgement within 5 working days. While the bank endeavours to get back to you as soon as reasonably practicable, for more complicated cases, you will receive an interim update should the Bank\u2019s investigation process surpass 3 months.
