Bordier Perspectives 2026

We were delighted to welcome clients and professional contacts to our inaugural Bordier Perspectives event at The Lansdowne Club in London last April.

Grégoire Bordier opened the afternoon with an update on the Bordier Group and subsequent sessions covered navigating current market conditions, protecting against cyber scams and the question on many investors’ minds: is the AI bubble bursting?

Due to the success of the event, we are already planning for 2027.

Hall of fame

Our Hall of Fame celebrates colleagues who have achieved significant milestones and received recognition within the industry.

The year began with our CEO, Ian Heap, being named in the PAM Insight’s ‘Ones to Watch’ list for 2026. This award recognises rising leaders who are shaping the future of private wealth management and are expected to become influential figures in the years ahead. In March, we were also incredibly proud to celebrate our Executive Chairman, Jamie Berry, who was honoured with the ‘Lifetime Achievement Award’ at the WealthBriefing European Awards. This prestigious recognition reflects Jamie’s outstanding contribution to the industry, his leadership and his enduring commitment to delivering excellence for clients over many years.

Most recently, we congratulated Hugo Docx, Investment Director, for being named a 2026 PAM Insight ‘NextGen Leader’. He was praised by nominators for his disciplined approach, strategic insight and integrity.

We are also proud to have been awarded the Mabel Insights ‘Transparency and Technology Award’, ‘Asset Manager of the Year (Under £10bn AUM)’ at the Wealth & Asset Management Awards and both ‘Specialist Investment Manager with Assets Under Management over £5 billion’ and ‘Discretionary Fund Management (DFM) Offering’ at this year’s WealthBriefing European Awards.

Strikes, spares and team spirit

In June, the UK team hit the lanes in Victoria, London for a fun-filled staff event, enjoying plenty of laughs, friendly competition and some well-deserved downtime together.

Run, Bordier, run!

In July, eager members of the UK office took to the track at the annual Citywire Charity Run in Battersea Park, joining peers from across the wealth and investment management industry. Challenging themselves to either a 5k or 10k, the event brought together 350 runners, raising over £20,000 for this year’s chosen charities, St Margaret’s of Scotland Hospice and Tynedale Hospice at Home.

It was a fantastic opportunity for our London team to support these charities, enjoy some friendly competition, and connect with the wider industry outside the office.
